Waffle House – Atlanta & Decatur

Due to PHA’s high level of experience on adaptive reuse projects, Waffle House has appointed PHA to serve as the architect of record for all renovation projects located in the South Eastern region. The Eddies Attic W.H. location is located across from the historic courthouse on the Square in Downtown Decatur. The exterior façade was designed to complement the downtown area by implementing native materials and traditional lighting choices. The Marietta St location featured is located in the downtown Atlanta area and is in close proximity to the CNN Center. Since the location was currently nestled in between multiple business establishments the exterior façade was designed to blend seamlessly into the existing urban fabric and engage the street.
