Crogman School – Atlanta

Three part project involving restoring two existing structures and creating a third for affordable housing. The new 62 unit building complements the existing structures with an interior courtyard and similar proportional attributes. Built in a “big box” fashion, three story concrete tilt up panels and steel framing create the exterior while wood framing makes up the interior. This project has won the UDC Award of Excellence (2004).
