1040 Boulevard – Atlanta

1040 Boulevard is commercial adaptive reuse project that provided five large commercial loft units in the conversion of a warehouse on the southeast side of Atlanta.

Pimsler Hoss Architects provided design and construction documents and administrative services throughout phase one of the project. The architects represented the owners in the historic designation review process.
