O4W Revitalization Concept

Here's our schematic model of revitalization plans for a mixed-use site in Old Fourth Ward.  A new restaurant will face the O4W Beltline Park and the existing old florist's building on site will be converted to a mixed-use office and restaurant.  The renovation will feature an Art Deco flair, and the new building will draw from the adjacent industrial context.

The Jane Complex to be Featured on AIA Tours 2012 Schedule

Please join PH/A and AIA Tours for a tour of PH/A's mixed-use project, The Jane, as well as several tenant spaces, including Six Feet under, Octane Coffee Bar, The Little Tart bakery, and Matchstic!  The Jane is located at 437 Memorial Drive, in Grant Park (across from Oakland Park Cemetery).  This tour celebrates the launch of AIA Tours' new component: Neighborhood Redevelopment Month, which demonstrates how redesigning/repurposing a building can help revive/add character to a neighborhood. The goal of the AIA Tour Series is to continuously share works of the architectural society with the local community and create dialogue between the various forms of art.  Please visit their website at www.aiaatl.org/community-education/

Stadium Lofts

Check out this speculative design for urban apartments on a downtown infill lot! The design explores the concept of taking the components of a historical brick office building and pulling it apart to open up contemporary living spaces.
