On a 2.5 acre parcel of land in Dekalb County , PHA developed a proposal for 18-unit townhome community providing amenities in the urban environment context for the residents. Our goal for this project is to convey urban living and be an example for similar developments.

Blue Sombrero Set to be First Tenant at the Willoughby
Blue Sombrero, a technology company who specializes in web design for youth sports, is set to be the first tenant to move into the Willoughby. The shell of the Willoughby was designed by Pimsler Hoss Architects and is a new creative office building on the Beltline, which offers customizable floor plates. PHA is currently helping to coordinate the interior efforts of this space, which are being designed by ASD|SKY. Blue Sombrero is set to occupy the top two floors of the building and implement an open plan that focuses on connecting both floors to each other in an effort to encourage the team’s collaboration. The shell of the Willoughby is currently under construction and Blue Sombrero is set to move in this fall (see renderings below created by ASD|SKY).
Adaptable Senior Living- On the Boards
Pimsler Hoss is excited to be working on a new senior living development located in Forsyth County, GA. The development will consist of seventeen traditional two-story townhomes. The project is still in the early phases of design, but is set to break ground within the next year.
