Pimsler Hoss Architects submits design for the rezoning of a 2.5 acre parcel of land in Dekalb County near the City of Decatur. The 18-unit townhome community provides some well needed amenities in the urban environment including communal green spaces and dog park for the residents. It is our hope that this project will not only serve as a potential new home for residents in the area, but also serve as an example for similar developments.
