The long-awaited expansion to the Rec Center in Atlanta’s Ben Hill / Brentwood IMG_0147community is finally underway after our wet winter.  Footings are in, and here a crew member from Lichty Commercial Construction installs concrete block walls. The City of Atlanta Office of Park Design sponsored a community charrette at the end of April to carve bricks for a new mural, which will complement the existing murals completed at the time of the original building construction.
