The church conversion trend continues with the United Lofts project, an adaptive reuse development located in East Atlanta near the Beltline trail. This existing concrete and brick structure, which was previously used as a school for the attached church, was repurposed to now serve as 18 dwelling units. A new modern glass stairwell will adorn the front façade while the original steel windows and exposed concrete ribbing help maintain the industrial aesthetic of the historic building from the past.
